Ok had a bit of an up and down day with my sugar today got to work about 11:30 sugar level 4.6 then irst break 13:45 sugar level 5.7 because of eating sweeties and pop. Then lunch had 2 salard sandwiches, litre o water, yougart, banana, and bag o chrisps 15:00 - 16:00 hal hour ater sugar level 8.8 then hour later I became severly tired eyes were watering became rather hot and constant yawning nearly fell asleep at my desk. Sugar level check 3.9. Had a drink and some buscuites and it went up to 5.4 and stayed there and is still around that now.
What and where am I going wrong? I always have these crash like sympoms at least an hour after eating and its driving me up the wall. Any advice comments etc?
