Ok I know i'm 28 yrs old and should already know this stuff but i'm bad at this stuff....There have been times when I thought I was pregnant and I as always wrong....I got my period july 5th or 6th and it ended the 12th. July 15th my boyfriend and I went to a hotel , had sex and he came inside me..Every day after that everytime we had sex he came inside of me...I'm expected to get my period august 5th or 6th..Could I take a test today or would it be too soon? If I can take a test now which would you recommend that are accurate? Thank you

You should wait until the 5th when your period should show. Take it with your first morning urine for the best accuracy.

You could take a pregnancy test now, but it might not show positive yet.

Good luck!

You can buy some home pregnancy tests that claim to show a positive (if you are pregnant of course!) as early as 5 days before your period is due but they are not 100% accurate. Clearblue do one but it's expensive - here in the .U.K. Anyway.

It's usually best to wait a good week after your period is due really. Sometimes it can take longer but I got a faint positive 12 days after conception with a standard test.
