Can vertebral subluxations be detected with an xray?

I suppose so as that is what a chiropractor searches for prior to giving an adjustment...At least one that is thorough. Vertebral subluxation is a term used in the chiropractic community to justify what it is that they do. Chiropractors historically believed that the vertebral column "out of alignment" is the cause of many diseases. I suppose that their analysis of your spine can pinpoint where your body is "out of alignment" and by how much and correct it to restore your spine to proper curvature...At least for a short time.
