Does anyone know if there is a test out there that can evaluate a mans sperm for x and y sperm levels. To be more clear my husband and I have three little girls and are considering trying for number 4 we would like to do everything possible for a boy and just wondered if there was a test that could tell us if he has a lower y sperm count.
