Anyone have any recomendation for a good obgyn that know a lot about lupus in the bay area? Palo alto or the south bay.

I think i'm pregnant and my hair keep on falling out and I do have a lymph node behind one of my ear. I do have relatives who have lupus. I went to rheumatologist last year n he said i'm okay. I guess that's mean no flareup yet. I'm not taking any medication or anything, but I do feel crapy from time to time.
