Q: Bleeding penis

Hi
I am college going student.From last week I am not able to stydy as I am worried about my penis.

I use to mastrubate regularly but from last week while shaking it starts bleeding from the tip . After that there is no itching and pain but no secretion at all.

I just wanted to know is there is some thing very serious or it is due to strain.It will remain like this or is there any cure for it.Will it make any difference in future.

Im in fix.Plz help me as early as possible.
