Frontal Vein On Forehead

Hi, I have a question about my frontal vein which runs from the top of my forehead, down the center, branching in 2, then connecting to my nose.
When I smile, or when I am sweating/hot, even just lay my head down or do everyday activities, my vein "pops out" and becomes very noticable. Its extremly embarrasing and was wondering if any surgery can help to fix this? Thanks for your help in advance!
