I wrote this in another post under pregnancy section...

Some woman can bleed during pregnancy I did with both light/medium bleeding it was worse after sex but that is somewhat normal depending on the circumstances..

Anyways as long as your not hemmoraging, bleeding that fills more than one pad an hour or have severe cramping/they told yout the baby is fine with no complications then, its completely normal..

I will not say it your perfectly fine because I dont know your whole story but I do recommend you see a dr, now if you have a u/s and baby looks fine, your placenta is fine then your one of those people like me who just bleed during pregnancy...

Stress can also cause you to bleed but unfortuantly being preggo brings tons of worries that does make you stressed just relax, I have two kids with whom I bleed with both are healthy each one being over 7lbs.

I am 1 month. When I went to the hospital they did not c the baby, that is what scared me, because even if I am not that far along wont they find it(the baby?) and I have a doc appt on the 8th.
And you mentioned about bleeding after sex; that happens to me to.Is that normal???

At one month - or approximately 4 weeks pregnant - they might not see the baby. They may instead see a gestational sac. Did they run tests on you? Did they give you blood work and a pregnancy test?

Bleeding after sex can be normal. If there is cramping and blood clots you need to see your doctor.

Good luck at your appointment.

because at four weeks, one month, it's still extremely tiny and hard to locate. They have other ways of confirming your pregnancy that early. If they told you that you're pregnant, then you are. If you doubt them, take a home pregnancy test.

Yeah, I was all worried about my baby and had an u/s done at 5 weeks. They couldn't see my baby then either but there was a fetal pole and a heartbeat. I wouldn't worry about it!

When is your doctor's appointment? You need to talk to your doctor about this.

Four weeks into your pregnancy, your baby (called an embryo) consists of two layers of cells — the epiblast and the hypoblast — that will eventually develop into all of your baby's organs and body parts. Two other structures that develop at this time are the amnion and the yolk sac. The amnion, filled with amniotic fluid, will surround and protect the growing embryo. The yolk sac will produce blood and help to nourish the embryo until the placenta takes over that role.

Looks to me like your baby is barely formed at this point.
