Q: Bumps On Foreskin

For the last 2 months I have noticed these bumps produced on my foreskin but when I pull my skin back, I notice no bumps. These bumps are small and white, they are not rough or have never leaked any liquid or blood before, nor do they hurt or irritate. They seem to resemble the description of a type of acne called closed comedo or whitehead.

I am a gay male, and haven't been with anyone else but my partner for 1 year and 4 months. He has not produced any of these symptoms, nor does he know about my condition.

I've been getting more concerned lately because when they first started to produce, there was only about 3 bumps, now about 4 more have shown up. I would be extremely greatful if you could tell me this was something common and that it is something that will go away within time. If I have to go to the doctor to check myself out, I would have to tell my boyfriend about my problem which I would like to avoid completely.

Please provide some info as soon as possible.

Thank you...
