Stevia is a natural sweetner that doesnt effect blood sugar lvls. If you wanna sweeten something id recommend that just from what ive read about it. Stay away from the other artificial sweetners though, especially aspartame (diet cokes, crystal lite, etc).
Hey stan where do u go to buy all your organic stuff, I cant seem to find organic berries or lettuce( it made me sick too, but didnt know if it was just part of the process) and freerange or organic meat I cant seem to find either. I know one place that has organic chicken for $7 for 2 slices... I can buy a weeks worth for $10 so that sorda out of the question for me right now, and I can find organic eggs easy but thats it. Ill start mixing up my meals though to get some variety so I dont get used to food. Cause I notice when im trying some new foods I feel energetic then lose it in a couple days eating the same foods that made me energetic at first.
So how long should it take for my symptoms to go away? Or is it just a wait a see?
