Q: Pain Right Breast Area

Have had masectomy 1998. Have pain in that area when exhaling, inhaling deeply, sneezing in excruciating, coughing. Feels like the time I had bruised ribs. Should I be patient and let it heal, or be concerned. Could it be pleurisy?
