HI I M 5'10" AND 21 YES OLD I WANT TO
INCREASE MY HEIGHT
CAN ANYBODY TELL ME HOW?

There is no way to increase height. You can instead try to decrease weight, because you are currently above the ideal weight for your height and age group.
