Hi I m 5'10" and 21 yes old I want toincrease my height
can anybody tell me how?

Uh, there is no way to get taller, especially since you're done with puberty. If you'd wanted to get taller, you should have taken growth horomones as a kid. As an adult there isn't anything you can do. Live with it!
