Q: Switching From Weights to Aerobics?!?

Rolling Eyes hello everyone! I have been lifting heavy for many years now and have gained a considerable amount of muscle mass. Lately I feel like I need to do a lot more aerobic and cardio exercises to tone up and lose weight. If I cut out lifting altogether for a few months will I lose all the strength and muscle I have worked so hard to gain? Any info would be greatly appreciated...Thanks!

I would recommend a balanced aerobic and weights program.

If you are unhappy with that option then rowing is an excellent way of combining aerobic exercise while building upper body and leg strength.
