Fellow Poppers, Countrymen (and Women) Lend Me Your Ear.

Hello s.P.O.T.W.
Sternum poppers of the world.

30 yrs old, I have been popping my breastbone for around 6 years. It comes and goes in bouts, I recently went about a year where it didnt pop. Thats where the problem lies for me. The pain and discomfort come from the inablility to pop the damn thing. Thats where I am now, in a popping rut. I tilt my head back, squeeze my shoulders back and hold my breath...Pop! Please!. But nothing. After a few days of this I start to get severe heartburn? Anyone else get that. Burning in the esophogas and an acidy feeling in the throat. Trying to force out a burp, but it just feels like hot acid. Anyway, I dont know if that is related to my chest problem, but I have had some bad pain for about 4 days now with no signs of letting up. I told my doctors about the popping problem 3 or 4 times in the past and you get accused of being a hypochondriac or they look at you like youre some kind of nut, so I gave up. I also have some gastro intestinal issues, (diverticulitis) that flares up quite a bit. I am only 30 and feel like an old man.
Well I would love to hear from anyone who closely fits my perdicament.
Live long and prosper poppers!
Bye
bill
