Q: Deep Itch that can't be Scratched

for around 5 months now i have been experiencing a deep itching (one that cant be scratched) sensation just behind my ears , where my jawbone joins them...it is deep set and burns slightly when i rub the area...it appears when it likes and goes away the same way....

If the dermis (skin) simply itches without manifestation or outbreak, the condition may be the result of anxiety. You can try to prevent rubbing the area and seek expert help from a dermatologist should the condition worsen.
