Q: What Could It Be?!

I havent been feeling too well recently mostly consisting of these symptoms
constipation
bloating
pain on my right ovary (pressing, sometimes sharp)
and sometimes feel nautious (but not throwing up)
i also have bright blue veins running down each side of my stomach from my upper torso to my lower pelvic area

i've done some research and i've found that ovarian cysts, pregnancy, or even an ectopic pregnancy best match my symptoms

i guess im just here to ask if anyone has ever felt these things and their outcome after going to the doctor and finally figuring out whats wrong!
Also, if there are any key factors to any of these possibilities that could set one apart from the rest!

Thank you so much! Any information at all is appreciated!
