Hello everyone,
this is my first post to this forum. I'm really nervous about something. Went to my doctors, ordered some blood work from me. Took my blood work and tested for cholestrol, triglicerides, obvious things for fatigue. Now i'm really paranoid caue he called me at home and told me he was concerned about my cholestrol and triglicerides. Told me to come to his office. So went to his office and he told me I have extremely high cholestrol(not sure of the count...I can;t remember). Then he told me I may want to work out, eat better etc.). Can here is where the problem is. I work out everyday, I definitely watch what I eat etc. What I am saying is that I am in the best shape of my life. I cannot understand this. Then he told me it may be heriditary. Talked with my parents to see if anyone had high cholestorl and got a definite no. Now what the heck is going on with the body. I took 2 blood test and each came back with higher levels. My questions are how. And can I do anything about this beside the medications he recommended. I am supposed to take one more test before he puts me on meds but I have been procrasting cause i'm not sure if I want the answer. I have been doing more cardio and really watching what I eat. Now i'm getting chest pains cause I think i'm nervous. I think i'm loosing my hair. I'm losin it guys but not really sure why. Any ideas ...Could the tests be wrong. Is there something wrong with my liver. Help. Thanks guys.
