Q: HBP and warm penis

I just don't know what might be wrong with me. I am 57 years old and I have high blood pressure. I am overweight at 220 pounds 5'10'. Lately I have been very tired. My urine is hot and my penis is warm. What could this be?

Maybe it is infection of lower urinary organ
