ok so I am pretty active. Im turning 16 I
play soccer tennis and sometimes I work
out. I have a big bone structure and alil
extra fat. I would'nt call myself fat but
I could lose weight. I weight 160. I
have alot of muscles and im strong but I
still have that extra fat. What ever I do
I can lose the extra weight. So latley I
have been throwing up my dinners and it
seems like im losing a lilttle weight.
Not that i've noticed but my friends have.
I want to stop and I know I could but I
just want to lose some weight before
school starts im tired of being a size 9.
Im pretty and almost have and average body
but alot of my friends are small boned and
sticks. And that dosent help me. I want
to go on a diet. But I want one where I
buy the most of the meals and they'll
keep me full. Would slimfast work??? Im
very confused and im not sure where I
should go at this point. I have only been
doing this for about two weeks but... I
feel like I need to do something now.
Either I find a good diet to go on or I
continue bulimic behaviors intell I lose
the weight. Please reply to this asap I
really need the help!
