Q: Is Stress/Anxiety causing Headache?

I had a standard eye examination late last year to eliminate any possible eye causes of the headache. I also had eye pressure tests. It turned out to be clear, does this mean that it's being caused by stress/anxiety?

Thanks

Yes, if the eyes are not causing headaches, stress and anxiety may be the reason for your symptoms. In fact, stress and anxiety are the most common reasons for a headache!
