I have the tendency to suffer from strong anxiety & stress that it overwhelms me to the fact that I can't even work or concentrate, and break down sometimes crying and getting chest pains, blury vision, and shortness of breathe. The panic attacks are becoming more frequent with the feeling that all of these chaos's of life won't stop. Even now a problem that to me feels like the end of the world I tell other people, and they see the severity, but don't react like me.
I just want to be able to control this. I want to breathe easy not taking things so severe, and with such reactions. I'm just fed up and need help to stop and change this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
