I stopped taking my my birth control pills 2 days before my expected period. Because I learned my boyfriend has a varicocele and the odds of us being able to concieve seem slim to none. I am currently on my period. However I can't keep food down I keep throwing up anything and everything I eat. This has been going on for about 4 days. My breast are sore and I have a horrific headache. I've heard you can get you period while you're pregnant but am I pregnant? Honestly we have sex everyday and I forgot to take a pill near the beginning of my pill pack. Is this effecting me now? I don't think i'm pregnant because the odds seem so against it. It would be very nice if I was, i'm just not sure what this is? Withdrawl from not taking my birth control (yamin) maybe? Help anyone?

We are not doctors... But unprotected sex = pregnant.
Why not just take a test?

If your boyfriend has a condition that causes infertility, thus you quit taking your pills, why are you concerned with pregnancy? Didn't you quit because you felt safe?

Reality, you can get pregnant on your period. The chances of quitting the pill 2 days before your period and getting pregnant (and having symptoms) within a week are slim to none.

It takes about 6 days for implantation on your uterus and you couldn't have a single symptom until then. Besides the fact that you were taking birth control pills... Add to that your boyfriend's condion... It doesn't seem likely.

However, if you are concerned about pregnancy, by all means take a test. If you do not wish to become pregnant, despite your boyfriend's possible inability to make you pregnant.

That's a good one!! I've heard that too from a friends ole man!! And guess what....Taaadaa they have 2 too!!

I think they say it cuz they don't like the feeling of a condom!! I suggest you stay on your b/c hun!! It would be your best bet to not get preggy!!

Good .Luck!!

Your symptoms are also a common side affects of stopping the pill and getting your period while pregnant never happens. You might have some bleeding or spotting but it never really does have the consistancy of a full blown period. If you bf is indeed truly infertile then I dont see why your stressing or even thinking about pregnancy but there is always a chance. Good luck

As a matter of fact, you .C.A.N get your period while pregnant. The lady across the street from .Robs parents had hers .F.U.L.L. .B.L.O.W.N the entire time she was pregnant with her son. I had one 2 months in the beginning of my pregnancy with my first... And my best friends mother had hers so normally she didnt even know she was pregnant til she was about 8 months and started feeling kicks.

So yes, its rare, but trust me.. It happens.

As a matter of fact.... Google it.

Read the testimonials. Not the doctors responses. People will tell you its happened to them or somebody they were close to.

Re:
I'm on the shot and they say you aren't suppose to have a period, but I get one once a year. The pill does have side effects. If you forget maybe you should try the shot. You get it every three months. Also there are days I have those symptoms like that, too.
