Hello, i'm danielle. I've been on the birth control pill yasmin for the past 6 months. I've been with my boyfriend for nearly a year now and i've found out some disturbing news. He has a varicocele (swollen varicose vein in the scrotum) i've educated myself on this and the odds of him being able to father children seem low  which is devestating to both of us. I was wondering if anyone had any personal experience with this problem or any words of advice. I have decided to stop taking the pill since I don't see much point of it and i'm paying for it with money out of my pocket. I am young and certainly not looking to concieve at this time but i'd like to know if when the time comes (2 years or so) if i'll be able to concieve. I know there's no sure way to tell but it would be nice to have some hope. At this time we're both feeling pretty hopeless. Thank you for your comments in advance :)
