Hi everyone...Ok so here is my situation. I am 20 and will be 21 in october. My bf is 27 will be 28 soon. We both want to try for a baby. I know that this should be all our decision but because of the fact that we are not yet engaged or married I am afraid if I do become pregnant my family will be upset. We are planning on getting married but just not right now. Has anyone else been in this situation? ?

Trust me,waitt il your at least engaged.If you love each other so much you want a child you will wait.You just want to make sure you have a stable environment/relationship.Even though your together its more stable to be married.Do you guys plan on getting a house or anything?

Btw I am 21 and my b/f is 27 turning 28 in august!

Yes we are planning on getting married but my bf feels like if we wait too long that he will be too old to enjoy our children. We want to have at least 3 and he just doesnt want to be the old daddy!

I say do what you want I wanted to have my kids young and im loving minus for the days they drive me completly bananas lol!!

Even if your family gets upset they will come around I have 2 kids and im 22 now I was married but I wanted my kids young and I didnt want a deadbeat dad either so I want to have kids with someone who would commit themselves..

My hubby is 30 8 yrs difference as well, I think having kids after 30 is pretty rough cause you barely have enough energy let alone handle kids, all I can say is have fun!

I know they would come around its just the initial telling them I think. I know they still think of me as a child but I know if the timing is right things will happen as they are supposed to!
