Hi everyone...Ok so here is my situation. I am 20 and will be 21 in october. My bf is 27 will be 28 soon. We both want to try for a baby. I know that this should be all our decision but because of the fact that we are not yet engaged or married I am afraid if I do become pregnant my family will be upset. We are planning on getting married but just not right now. Has anyone else been in this situation? ?

Hello,

i am 22 and my bf of 6 and half years have recently started to stop using birth control and see what happens. If we get pregnant we will be very happy. I am in the same boat as you though, even though our families both like us I think they would freak to find out that we are basically trying, because we are so young and not married and what not. But I think that if you love your bf and if marriage is not what is in plans right now, you shouldnt worry so much what your family will say, they will probably get over it (hopefully). I know that we dont really want to get married at this time either, and whats the rush. Sorry for gabbing, if you feel ready and your bf feels ready to have a baby then your family will have to respect your decision.

Good luck
:d
