Q: Scarred Tissue In Urethra

Hello,
a few days ago I visited my doctor with concerns about my urinary tract. When I told him my symptoms, (dribbling, split urine, and hard to empty urine) he said that I most likely had scarred tissue. I myself considered prostate enlargement but he said I was to young (im 15). Well just to make sure everything was ok, I tried masturbating but when ejacaulated I had a burning sensation. I was wondering if this scarred tissue in the urethra can cause that or is it something else. Thank you for your help in advance.
