Q: Could I Be Pregnant While On Birth Control?

Ok so I just started taking birth control almost two weeks ago. About 6 days ago I had unprotected sex, and now for almost 2 or 3 days i've been having a brown, almost bloody'ish discharge. I've also had some lower abdominal pains, almost like cramps but a little different. Another thing, I was laying on my side one night and I rolled over and felt a pop and some pain around my pelvic/pubic bone area... Do these things mean I could be pregnant? Since i'm only on my second row in this current pack how can I find out whether or not i'm pregnant?

Those don't sound like pregnancy symptoms. It sounds like symptoms from the birth control pills. Other than the 'pop' - I have no idea what that sound was.

Sometimes there is spotting during your first few months of birth control. That is probably what you are experiencing.
