Q: Short Pain In Front of Head

This has started recently. Pretty much whenever im doing something that involves quick sudden movements,(shadow boxing, really any type of punching) I get a sharp quick pain in the front of my head on my forehead.

Ive been able to recreate the pain whenever I want. Whenever I shake my head front to back I get it, bot not when I shake my head side to side. Also as I said throwing punches also causes it, in fact thats how I learned of it.

Its not to bothersome, but is still an anoyance especially when boxing (which I dont do as often, but am about to start to) I want to know if this pain is something I should worry about, or if it can lead to other problems.

Dont bother telling me to not box, its my only passion in life, besides ganja which ive recentyl quite.

Anyway thank you for your help.

I don't know if I would be boxing unless you get a doctor to check that pain out young fella. If it hurts just from the motion maybe when you get hit it can cause some serious trouble.

See, I didn't try to talk you out of boxing. What is ganja?

Good luck

Yea I guess I should. I asked my mom and she says it happens to her to, aswell as my brother. Anyway thank you for your reply. Im wondering if anyone else here this happens to, for a second I thought all people had it, but seeing your reply im guessing this isnt the case.

The pain is not serious, id compare it to an extremely mild headache, and it lasts only as long as the motion.

Also this may be completely unrelated, but I also have really bad headrushes, whenever I stand. My vision slowly goes black for 5-10 seconds(depends on how long I was sitting/laying/crouching), then slowly comes back. Its really annoying, and im just adding this in case it could be related to the pain I mentioned.

i also get sharp head pains lately, the past few days... and i feel very faint sometimes, especially when standing up, even if i haven't been seated for very long... i can't concentrate very well lately; seems like i don't even want to 'try' to do anything. I'm not sure if this means anything, or if it is normal..

bizz, what you described sounds like it might be related to migraine activity. you should ask a dr about it when you get a chance. if it is migraines there are things that can dramatically help.
