Hi,

im a 22 year old male, about 180cm and 90kgs. Ive never been really fit, and only recently I have been noticing slight problems.

Sometimes I get small heart palpitations, they could be gone for a week, or happen daily, there is no real pattern.
I also have been getting slightly dizzy lately, and I have no idea why. I am not overly tired, and only occasionally feel sick to my stomach. I dont really get chest pain or anything, but sometimes I can get small pains.

Could there be anything wrong with me??

Hey,

it sounds like you should go to the doctor to get it checked out. I had heart pains and palpitations and it turned out to be nothing. But even so, it's better to be safe about it.

Also, you should definitely check out this website. It's called health site guide Healthsiteguide.Com and it has really great health information. I've really found it's one of the best sites out there and want to pass it on to others. You can definitely find information on heart disease, attacks, etc. On the site.
