Q: Constipation And Xenical

I have "gut paralysis" following a total open colectomy from a volvus. From trial and error and forum sugestions I came across a medication called "xenical"...While it is used for morbid obesity, the side effect of fatty stools has been an answer to my prayers. It has allowed me to have a near-normal life. My insurance will not cover the cost of the medication for this use. They have asked for two other patient cases using this medication for this use to review their previous denile. Please, please let me know if anyone is using this medication for severe constipation. Thank you.
