Sexual Health - Men Forum - Masturbation Tingling

Hi I when I masturbate it seems as though it makes my head tingle. I have no idea why it makes it do that but it does. It usually lasts a week which is weird. When I take the omega3s and vitamin b complex it seems to make it go away faster. Any ideas why this is? Maybe stress related? Please give insight thanks luke
