Thanks guys! I know what certain peoples opinions on it are, but my opinion is different...Obviously. I see it as we're happy together, hes great with my son, its not hurting anyone, isnt illegal, anyone against big age gap relationships just has to accept its none of their business, and maybe be a bit more open minded and move on. Diamondsz I know if I was in my 20s it wouldnt be such a huge deal, but I cant help my age, neither can max. A relationship is more to do with your personality, how well you get on with someone, being comfortable and happy with them, how you feel about that person, not about how many years they've been alive.
I'd rather be with an older guy, I mean someone over 25. Because they have more respect, treat you better, arent commitment phobic, dont run away from responsibilitys or when things get hard. And wiser, im learning a lot from him. I need a guy like that when I have a child. The guys I know, who are my age, all they're interested in is alcohol, drugs, fighting, driving insanely, sleeping until noon, cant be bothered to get a job, and when a baby is crying during the night they cant handle it and walk out. They are really selfish. At 17/18 they dont want a relationship, they want sex and a girl to act like their mother, picking up after them all the time, lazy! And more likely to cheat on you. My guy's been through all that teenage crap, now hes older hes very happy to be settled down and enjoys family life.
It wasnt a good idea to start this post, but I wanted to explain my views once and not have people keep going on about it here. Im not saying anything else about it, why should I have to defend it to anyone. Agree to disagree.
Dalicia.....*sigh* its not illegal in the uk to be with a guy any age if you're over 16. Wanna know what's illegal? Your little weed habit.
