Q: I'm So Naughty!

Ok, this has nothing to do with pregnancy, but I felt the need to complain. I absolutely hate my boss. She's the most disrespectful person I know. She is the .General .Manager of our restaurant and if someone calls off on their shift she goes completely insane. It doesn't matter if they call in 10 hours before their shift, or an hour....They get the same response, which is ".F-you. Now you leave me short handed .God damn it" and always ends up in her hanging up on the person. She's got the most foul mouth you can imagine. She expects everyone to be perfect, and if you make the tiniest mistake...Look out because she will hunt you down and let you have it. I have always been the girl that would go in on my day off every time they needed me. That has changed. One of her cooks quit today and now she needs me .Sunday. When she called she tried to be my best friend. Yet earlier today she almost ate me because one of the salads ran out (which wasn't even my fault because who ever did inventory can't count and they messed up). She's so fake. I hate her. I'm sorry. I just had to vent. I just called her back to tell her I can't work for her .Sunday. She was pissed. Ahhhhhh. That was the highlight of my day. I love to piss her off. Thanks for listening.

I hate people like that shes a manager and if shes shorthanded then she needs to do her job and take over like a manager, being in a higher position also comes with more caca. I worked as a supervisor for a call center and never again I want to get a promotion again now but it may be different ....

She's so ungrateful too. You only hear please and thank you from her if she needs something from you. She has been reported I don't know how many times because of her dirty mouth, even another manager complained. Well the guys above her said the whole staff was lying and believed the general manager. How gay is that. And now the manager that reported her has been fired. I used to manage at a different restaurant and I never had a problem with anyone. When you give respect you get respect. And if it so happened that someone was sick....What can you do but work your best to get through it and life goes on. I liked being manager, other than all the paperwork, inventory, truck orders and meetings.
Oh...She is also racist. And I can't stand racist people. I don't care who they are. Blood is blood no matter how you slice it.

welcome to my world. My boss is the same way except she takes advantage of me more. She will just not show up to work one day(no call no show)and think its ok.She use to do it to me all the time til' I complaned to her boss. She did it just today and it pissed me off.If I was a no call no show i'd get fired. When she does something its ok but when I do it its bad bad bad.

Sounds like my gm. She was reported by a lot of people, but she was never reprimanded and the manager that reported her is now fired. A little fishy, dontcha think?

On another note.....I think we're gonna have to put my brothers cat to sleep :( he's always been a huge beautiful cat. His normal weight is 18 or 19lbs, and that is muscle, not fat. He's a hunter and very active. But these past few weeks he's been losing weight and not as active. So yesterday I went with my mom to take .Riley (the cat) to the vet, and he was diagnosed with diabetes. They could put him on insulin, but they haven't had a huge success with that on cats and there is no gaurantee. But he said his heart and kidney's were "ok today". Meaning they could stop working at anytime. He was so dehydrated he had to get these fluid injections. Well he perked up a little after that, but he was still dumpy. They had to keep him inside yesterday to monitor how much he was going to the bathroom, but he hasn't gone at all...So my mom thinks his kidneys are failing. I feel so bad for my little brother. He's not the type of guy to get attatched to critters, but he stopped by yesterday to see him (he's almost 20 and recently moved out) and he couldn't take it. He went into the bathroom bawling. I almost feel guilty because my cat is very healthy, and has been all his life....It was always his cat that had complications. When .Riley was about 2 he had to have an emergency operation because his urinary track was blocked. Adam (my bro) had a hard time with that too. But we got our cats about a month apart, so these 2 grew up together and they only get along with each other (very well might I add) and now it looks like he's gonna have to be put down. After only 8 short years :(
his weight yesterday was 12lbs. He looks so thin. He has eaten since yesterday tho...A canned cat food for diabetic cats. *sigh* we just don't want him to suffer. It's amazing how much you get attatched to animals. None of my family have been cat people, but we all adore .Riley.
Sorry about the long post....But it's been one of those days

Awww, that sucks : ( are they not going to try the insulin at all? Maybe you should?
I think my cat got stolen or something cause he was a total outside cat and a sweetheart but he was all grungy.I loved him soooo much.Once I took him to the vet to get his head looked at(he had a huge puss pocket from fighting or getting bit by something) and the nurse lady was like "are you going to get him fixed?" I was like no,i just want his rabies shot and meds for his head. She got into a big fight with me about it cause he is an outside cat and said "your cat is over populating the world" all dramatic and sh*t.I was like "hell no!. . ." I couldn't believe it! Lmao. Poor kitty and your poor brother! I feel for him!

Aww, my cat got in a fight once (that I know of) and had the same thing happen. His cheek was all full of puss. The vet checked it and gave him some meds and said to keep him in for the day because it should start draining. Omg and when it drained it was so nasty. But he was better after it drained. Now my cat is only indoors now. I'd be afraid he'd try to get back to my parents house if I let him out. That's the only place he went outside. He never left the yard, but he liked to lay under the deck.

The insulin would probably not work since he's so far gone the vet said. They have had some success with dogs and insulin, but very little with cats. Since it's a form of human insulin they use....And it's not the right stuff because obviously dogs and cats are not human. On top of that....He would need to have a shot twice a day exactly 12 hours apart. Well, that's hard to do since he likes to go outside, and if you get it less than 12 hours you can run into problems, and also if you get it more than 12 hours there are complications. So the vet didn't recommend it for riley....Tho it was up to us if we did want to try it. But my mom said she would not take him back to get the fluid injections, that she would put him to sleep first. Because he cried so loud, it was so painful for him. The needle is huge, and it was just torture. It only made him perk up for awhile anyways. She doesn't want to see him suffer.

Thats so sad,i'm sorry! It always sucks to lose a member of the family. When you see someone who just lost an animal you look at it as not as bad as losing a human member of the fam,but I think it hhurts just as bad . . One of my old cats died under my bed, eeew! He use to clim into the cabinets in the kitchen and sleep there. My mom said she will be looking in the kitchen for something and all of a sudden one of the cabinets will pop open.Freaky.

Yes, I think it hurts just as bad to lose an animal as well. I grew up around animals and I love them. I hope adriana likes animals too. She loves her puppy. She watches him all the time and when he sits on his like a prarie dog she laughs at him. I can't wait to get her a bunny! I used to have a rabbit (well lots, cuz we used to raise them...I was in 4-h) but he was the *best* rabbit in the world. He was litter trained and he would go outside to go potty. He ran around the yard like he owned it, he was super cuddly, and he not once bit anyone. Kids could stick their fingers in his mouth and he wouldn't do anything. He was an exception in my opinion. He died a few days before his 8th birthday. He was a mini lop.
What is it with cats and cupboards anyways? The first night we stayed at the new place....I woke up the next day and literally every single one of the kitchen cupboards were open (the ones under the counters anyways)
i was a little bit spooked....Until I went into the bathroom and those were open too and inside was a big fat cat laying in there. It was a relief to say the least lol. But he spends most of his time in the bathroom cupboards. I just can't store any cleaning chemicals under there. My luck he'd try to eat it or something.

Lol,when I got a kitten(siamese about 3 months old) she would hide in the kitchen cabinets.I don't know why either.Cats are weird! Lol

sorry if I offend anyone but I use to smoke weed and one day I bought a bag from my friend.I packed a bowl and went to the bathroom. When I came back out I couldn't find my bag and I looked everywhere.Suddenly I noticed my dog was missing. . She was under my bed eating the weed! She sazzed out like 15 minutes later. She ran out the front door across the street, ran back in and ran through the screen door in the back of the apartment. She did that like 4 times then ate 2 bowls of food and passed out! Lol i'm surprised she didn't puke! All the next day she slept

my dog did that too. Nick and I were sitting around and we could hear this crinkling sound but couldn't figure out what it was. It kept going on so finally we investigated and found my dog under the desk shredding the bag. I don't think he ate much of the weed though. Oh, and another time we left a little pile on the coffee table and walked away for a bit and when we came back it had mysteriously vanished. My dog also loves beer. He loves to party, what can I say?

.lmao that is too funny!!! My cat would always like attack me when i'd get home from a party. Most of my friends there would be smokin' weed and when I got home my cat could smell it on me. He must have been thinkin' "that's some seriously strong catnip!"
my aunt used to have parties at her house, and her dog would go around and drink peoples booze that was sitting around lol. She'd get so drunk and finally pass out. I didn't get to see it, but i've heard lots of stories.

Uh oh....I hear someone stirring in their room. I think my break is almost over lol
