Q: Pregnant On the Pill?????

How likely is it to get pregnant on the pill? I take them regularly although i've missed the first pill of the last 2 packs(28 day cylce). Both times I took it the next day when I remebered.

I don't really get periods often b/c of birth control so I don't know when i'm supposed to start. It seems like it's been a while since af. Someone told me that I should start a few days into taking my sugar pills, which will be next week.

I've had the following symptoms: sore boobs, especailly sore left nipple. Bloating, headaches, extremely heightened sense of smell, little fatique, excessive peeing, bigger boobs, & i've been uncharacteristicly overly emotional and sensitive, my poor husband!

I took a hpt about a week ago and it was neg. Although it had been sitting in my hot car for the last 6 months. Don't know if that would effect it or not.

Any ideas? And what's up the one sore nipple? Anyone out there gotten pregnant while on bc?

Pregnant On Pill

I got pregnant while on the pill with my first baby but I was also taking so medication that I found out later was drowning out my birth control. Even if I wasn't on medication then it is still very possible to get pregnant.
Wait another week or 2 and then take another hpt and if it comes back negative I would go see my doctor to see what is wrong.

I was on the pill, took it everyday, and now im 35 weeks pregnant, so thats how easy it is to get pregnant on the pill.

the Pill And Pregnancy

Well, I got pregnant with my second child (i now have 3) and I was on birth control. I had not taken any other meds while on them either and that includes antibiotics! Almost all of the children born in my family were born on bc! Good luck.
