I have an upcoming appointment with my doctor because I think i'm mildly depressed. I'm feeling very sad and overwhelmed with a feeling of doom about everything in my life. I am able to go through my day okay, but just feel this cloud hanging over my head.

I've read up on some comments on this forum about different medications and the effects they've had on people. I do not want a medication that will make me feel tired or gain weight.
