Q: Does Having a Lot of Sex Decrease Chances of Pregnancy?

Me and my husband (got married last month, financially stable) are trying to get pregnant. He's in his late twenties and a smoker (about a pack a day). I heard smoking decreases sperm count.

I started ovulating yesterday and we've had sex 3 times a day so far. Does having sex a lot while ovulation increase the chances or decrease the chances of getting pregnant because I heard that you need a day in between for the sperm count to go up or something..Not quite sure.

And right after sex I always get this vaginal discharge which I assume is his semen. Does that affect pregnancy at all? That the stuff always gushes out? Isn't there sperm in there?

I'm just scared to death that i'll never be able to get pregnant..It's always been a fear of mine so I would like to know how to increase my chances.

Stop!!! Rushing to Get Pregnant
Stop trying to get pregnant. I got married at 19 and we tried from the day we got married till my doctor told me that I wasnt able to have children. When we stopped trying is when it happened. We had tried fertility drugs and everything. So take my advice and just stop trying and have fun. Go away for a weekend getaway. And who knows it might happen.

Yes, sperm count drops after ejaculation, and takes a while to recover - possibly as long as three days, though don't quote me, google it.
