Sinus’s Are Never Clear-ringing In Ears Posted: 07-25-06 22:14pm
Hi all!
My sinus's are never clear despite the
fact that I haven't found a single thing
here in illinois that I am allergic too!
I also have really bad ringing in my ears
and have been told that the two might be
connected.
Something about inflammation but I don't
understand how they could be
connected...
I also heard that the sinus issues could
be part of why I am so tired all the time.
I don’t' understand how bad sinus's and
chronic fatigue syndrome are connected so
I am asking if any of you have heard about
this before.
I take ephedrine because I get the duel
benefits of energy without feeling sick
like I do with coffee/caffeine as well as
that it clears up my sinus's enough so
that I don't feel it all day.
My doctor dumped me and won't see me any
more due to insurance issues and he never
took my questions very seriously anyways
so I have not been able to get an
answer!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You know, I have these two things also.
They both started after I had major
surgery (hysterectomy) 11 yrs. Ago. I
too have no allergies, at least not the
usual ones. I may consider getting
tested for food allergies though. Have
you done that? At least three drs.
Couldn't tell my why I got these problems.
Have no prior history of sinus or ear
problems.
I have cut down on wheat, refined sugars,
and processed foods (actually to see if it
helps with my headaches.) I seem to
notice a bit of difference. I can
usually breathe much clearer out of at
least one nostril! That's minor, but
it's better than nothing. If you find
out anything else, please let me know.
