Help my skin is very discolored from years ofskin infections, eczema,breakouts,scars and picking bumps/scratches. I can not and have not worn shorts/capris or short sleeve tops in at least seven years because of the condition of my skin. I have not been able to find a caring enough dermatologist willing to go the extra mile in helping to solve my skin issues, like dealing with sudden breakouts and giving cortisone shots/kenalog shots to deal with the inflammation. Is anyone else out there suffering with any thing like this. I need to find some answers. I will be celebrating my 10 year wedding anniversity and would like to wear a stapless dress with my arms exposed so I need to clear up my skin. I am a caramel color complexion woman.
