Q: Sacro-Illiac (SI) Joint Athropathy

Can SI joint athropathy occur from an injury incurred eight months ago (auto accident)? Joint injections have been performed. RF Neurotomy scheduled for November. Was in excellent condition prior to accident.

I'll need to know what kind of injury you experiencing, as well as more precise data about the "arthropaty" you describe. The term “arthropaty” has a very undefined meaning.
