I have had an abortion at the six week two weeks ago..Everything went ok. I had little bleeding for a few days and then after about 5 days it came back and lasted for another few days...For a week I had no signs of bleeding. Went to the doctor for examination. Everything was fine. Yesterday I had sexual intercourse and we had an accident with a condom, so today I wanted to take plan b pills but realized that I had bleeding again :( .I don't know whether that's my period or it is still bleeding from abortion I had..I think it is too early for my period since only two weeks passed from the time I had the abortion..So should I take plan b or not?

Well, it can't hurt to take plan-b, just in case, you know?

Heh, i'm sure you're already thinking this, but get yourself on some pills or an iud ;) it really, really helps ease anxiety around period time!

Yes, you should take plan b =) you could ovulate anytime afte an abortion, and sperm can live in you for up to 5 days.

You can expect to bleed off and on for a few weeks, and you will notice that it can get heavier with increased activity.
