A “green top of the tongue” does not indicate a specific disorder! Sometimes the whole tongue could be white/green due to dehydration (in cases of severe diarrhea) or a Candida infection (in cases of using large spectral antibiotics or having a deficiency in the immune system). Your pre-existing symptoms are more serious than the color of your tongue; you can investigate possible causes for the diarrhea, dizziness, and rectal bleeding you are experiencing. Blood in the stool should be treated with serious urgency. You can consult your general practitioner for baseline testing, and ask for a reference toa specialist afterwards.

in the morning i notice that my tongue is green for a couple days ,also over the weekend tryed to drink a beer and had a bitter taste.
