Q: Back And Stomach Pain

Can anyone help me? Lately ive been a little queezy without actually throwing up. Also, a few days ago, there was a tiny spotting of blood in my urine...But I 'm not supposed to start my period for 2 wks. Today, my lower back and lower stomach started hurting on the left side. I can't sleep no matter how hard I try. I also think I may have a uti. Help :!:

oh...This shouldnt be under postpartum depression...Im new and havent figured all of this out quite yet.

Im going to take a long bath and see if this helps
