Right out side my anus theres a large lump, it doesnt itch or hurt to bad its just there and I guess it kind of blocks my !**@!. I just noticed it yesterday, it seemed to have come out of nowhere. I think its a hemorrhoid and I dont know what to do. How to I go about telling my parents and doctor, this sucks.
