Q: Tube Question For Doc

Ok, I had a cyst on the tube from my testicle up into the body. Its about half way up the tube. When I graduated college I had an ultrasound done on it because when I found it, it scared the caca out of me. Turned out to be just a cyst, which is basically a water-based growth, and doctor said that until it bothers you it won't have to get it taken out. Well, over the past 5 years, its doubled in size, still doesn't bother me nor it does not get in the way of intercourse with the wife. We have a child so I know atleast 1 testicle or both are working good. My question is, at what point should I get it taken out, and if I do, will it make it so the tube won't work anymore and then that testicle will be non-funcitional? I am going to have more kids so I need my troopers....
