I found this website: health insurance quote
it provide quick links to apply directly online to several different health care providers.
I got a quote from about four of the featured providers. I found recieved a quote witin hours.
I also had some questions about supplimental health insurance so I contacted the website owner. They were very informative and non aggresive about trying to sell a policy to me :d

When shopping around for health insurance, you can also check out this website for info on Affordable Health Insurance. They have great information on auto, home, and health insurance in California.
