Q: Lower Back Ache

Ive now started to get lower back ache as well as braxon hicks contractions. Two days ago was the worst contractions ive ever had and that came with lower back ache. Does this seem weird or totally normal?

Thanks because its been getting really bad tonight, along with cramps in my legs, so I had to take some paractamol and its a little better :) just hope it goes by the time I go to bed. Thankyou again

Make sure to drink a lot of water in the heat. And don't forget your rest.
