Hi weird,

i feel sorry to hear your situation. As per refer to your case, you clearly knew that the symptoms you having right now is actually developed from panic attack or anxiety disorder.

So, the solution you need isn't any anti-depressant or pain-relief drugs. Although these drugs are able to bring you out of the hell, but it's effect only last for few hours or perhaps few minutes.

What i'm suggesting is, to heal yourself once and for all. You must look back to maybe 5 or 6 years back, the root cause of your first panic attack and agoraphobia. Understand the root cause is vital for you to address the solutions at any stage.

Panic attack may happens "out of the blue", but the root-cause is not caused by a few days of tension, but extends over several months. Life transitions, such as moving, job change, marriage, or the birth of a child, often account for much of the psychological pressure.

Normally agonizing emotional events like stress, depression or anxiety. People tend to avoid or just ignore it's existence, the more you try to hide these feelings, the more intensive the feeling may result. This is what we call "rebounce effect" within our sub-conscious mind.

It's proven that many physical symptoms are caused by our mind reaction.
