Q: Shin Problem.

Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this but the other day I fell onto a handrail from about 5 feet high right on my left upper shin. My shin is swelled up a tiny bit, there is an odd scrape (the skin isn't broken but you can see blots of blood) and I have about a 5 inch by 3 inch area that is numb on my shin. I was wondering if i'll have permanent shin damage or not. Please help and thanks.
