Alright...Well my .Dr prescribed me on the medication "lexapro"((you should google it, very interesting drug))

i've been on it for about a month now and let me tell you, i'm pretty upset about the whole matter. I feel better about myself and my edge has been officially toned down, but I can't have an orgazm to save my dmn life!!

My .God!! This is becoming a serious issue as me not being able to cum causes stress to bbuild!! I used to be multiple orgasmic. Now it's numb!! Literally, my clit is numb!!! I know some of you don't really want to hear this...But it's driving me insane!!!!!!!

I don't know what to do!! Stay on the meds and not have an orgazm or get off and turn into a psychotic!?!??! Ahhhh...I'm totally in a rutt!!

Please...I need some advice!!

There are other kinds of antidepressants with less sexual side effects. I took paxil and I know that kind of 'off' feeling you are talking about.

Yeah you should speak to your doctor and ask to be put on something else as you are having some bad effects from it

As a teen I had been prescribed so many different kinds of anti depressants. They all have some sort of side effects. In the long run I decided it wasnt even worth the hassle. Most people dont realize that they have within them the ability to overcome a not so pleasant time without the use of meds with screwy side effects. Anyway dont want to lecture...I think you should try different kinds though and then maybe youll come to the same conclusion I did. You just became a mom, your hormones are out of wack. I know mine still are. Its normal. Good luck.
